Located on the fertile soils of the Clarence Plains you'll find a little gem: Clarendon Vale Primary's 24 Carrot Garden.

Location and collaboration define this very special patch of earth. The garden was originally developed by Mission Australia as a collaboratively owned and managed community space shared between the local community, Clarendon Vale Primary School and the Clarence Plains Child and Family Centre, and the diversity of projects, plants and people creates a real buzz. On any given day you might find a community group cooking up bush foods in the wood fired pizza oven, local toddlers and parents romping in the bush kinder, and a mob of school children joyfully tending to the veggie patch.
